TeamGym is a fun and energetic team made up of male and female athletes who participate in multiple different events: Floor, Tumbling, Vault, and Mini Tramp. Our athletes work to learn a team tumbling and dance routine, as well as consecutive vaults and tumbling passes. At MEKS, we have three separate teams: Exhibition Level 1, Competitive Level 3, and Competitive Level 4. Our Competitive Teams compete twice every season, once at our In-House meet and again at TeamGym Nationals. Our Exhibition Team has an In-House Showcase.
