Samm Cassiday

Samm has been involved in gymnastics for nearly her whole life. She has been coaching for 15 years. She is qualified to coach everything from Pre-K through the highest levels of team. She also cheered in college and coached cheerleading at the elementary level. Samm worked as a kindergarten teacher for four years before leaving education to work full-time at MEKS. She manages our special events and camps, helps develop our recreational and team programs, serves as the Head Coach for our Mini Royals Preteam, and Xcel Bronze, Silver & Gold competitive team gymnasts. Samm enjoys spending time with her husband Tyler, her son Henry, and daughter Maeve.
